Our primary offering at Reach is Open Gym. We have over 5,000sqft of training space. Train your way in our facility, or follow any of our team or online training programs.
Online Programming
Reach offers 100+ training program in 7 different categories - Athletic Performance, Functional Bodybuilding, Crossfit, LEO/Military, General Physical Preparedness, Obstacle Course Racing, and Olympic Weightlifting. Addtionally, we offer programming teams that can be joined. A team has a specific goal and the training will be loaded to the team calendar perpetually (Reach|Functional Bodybuilding, Reach|WOD, Reach| Strength and Conditioning, Reach|STRONG, and Reach|AMPs). Members can purchase programs individually or pay for the Programming Membership and have access to all of our programming and teams. Joining a team is the best way to find a community and follow perpetual programming without the need to search new for programming every few weeks. We use the TrainHeroic app to deliver programs. This allow for ease of tracking your training plan. The TrainHeroic app includes videos and other instructional content. Spartan Group Training (SGX) and Deka™ at Reach
Designed to get you structurally and functionally fit to conquer any obstacle course race, SGX will help you increase stability, strength and stamina. Deka™ is for all fitness levels and is a celebration of one's ability to test and complete a regimented fitness decathalon . Each Saturday coaches host classes alternating between the SGX and Deka style of training. Classes are held every Saturday at 8:30 AM. Class requires RSVP and is limited to 12 people. You can purchase a drop-in for the class using the Reach Drop-In tab at the top of the page. Go to the Saturday you'd like to attend class and reserve your spot.
